A Dose Of Inspiration

We think bringing external speakers to an event can really bring something.

We think about categorising speakers in 2 ways:

Inspiration/ Motivational &
Transferable ideas and beliefs

All speakers need to have a good story to tell.
There’s something in the story that needs to be relatable – that delivers a personal connection.
Like that battle to conquer a big challenge – that passion and complete focus that was required to pull it off…

When we think about transferable ideas and beliefs we start to think more about business philosophy. There should be some direct read-throughs to your business. Some way of bottling the speakers ideas and being able to do something with them. On our session grid (the way we think about this) – you’re going more up the Process (HOW?) curve.
This type of speaker also makes for a great facilitator.
